Meta Tag Generator to improve the indexing results of your web page

This program will generate Meta Tag for your web page. Meta Tags allow for a better indexing for some Search Engines, and should help increase your web page ranking on search engine results.

The META element is used within the HEAD element to embed document meta-information not defined by other HTML elements. The META element can be used to identify properties of a document (e.g., author, expiration date, a list of key words, etc.) and assign values to those properties.

Your description can include up to 200 characters of text. For an academic text, this should probably be the abstract.

Keywords (Recommended )

The keywords can include up to 1000 characters of text. Do not repeat the same keyword more than 7 times in the tag. If you do this, a Search Engine will ignore the entire list of keywords.

Places a copyright message in the automatically generated index file. "This document is copyrighted 1999 by Vayne Blue. All graphics used are copyright materials 1997 by Vayne Blue. Use for non-profit and education purposes explicitly granted with proper credit and if no content of document is modified. Without prior consent of author, any form of copying and alteration is strictly prohibited."

Expiration Date (Optional)

Tells the browser to reload the page once the expiry date has been reached. Setting a date that has already passed should force the browser to load the latest version of your page. This is helpful for making sure that anyone who has their browser cached will get the newest version of your website, even if they've visited it before.
